Ticket Terms & Conditions

Each ticket or credential issued for the Laredo Open Tennis Tournament (the “Tournament”) constitutes a revocable license for admission to Laredo Country Club (“LCC”) and the applicable Tournament session. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”), agrees to these terms and conditions upon entering Club grounds.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or other commercial or trade purposes without the express written consent of Laredo Country Club.

The commercial transmission, distribution, sale or publication of any description, account, photograph, video, audio recording or other reproduction of Tournament matches or activities is prohibited without the express written consent of Laredo Country Club.

No Holder may continuously collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release match scores, statistics or related data from Tournament grounds for any commercial, wagering, betting or gambling purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the ticket or credential, refusal of admission or removal from Club grounds without refund. Laredo Country Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any Holder whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, unsafe or inconsistent with Tournament or Club policies.

Lost, stolen, counterfeit, unlawfully resold or otherwise invalid tickets may not be honored or replaced.

Photography, Video, Livestreaming & Publicity

The Laredo Open is a photographed, recorded and livestreamed event. Matches played on Court 8 may be livestreamed and recorded, and spectators in or around Court 8 may appear in the broadcast.

By entering Laredo Country Club during the Tournament, the Holder grants Laredo Country Club, the Laredo Open and their authorized representatives, sponsors, media partners and licensees permission to photograph, film, record and otherwise capture the Holder’s image, likeness, voice and actions.

Such materials may be used in live or recorded broadcasts, livestreams, photography, video, social media, advertising, promotional materials and other Tournament or Club communications without further authorization or compensation.

Personal photography and video are permitted unless otherwise restricted by Tournament officials, provided they do not interfere with play, disturb other spectators or involve commercial use.

Assumption of Risk

THE HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES THE RISKS AND DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING A LIVE SPORTING EVENT, INCLUDING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM TENNIS BALLS, RACQUETS OR OTHER OBJECTS ENTERING SPECTATOR AREAS. SPECTATORS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT AT ALL TIMES WHILE MATCHES ARE IN PROGRESS.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Holder assumes all risks incidental to attending the Tournament, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and agrees that Laredo Country Club and its officers, directors, employees, agents and authorized Tournament representatives shall not be liable for injuries or losses arising from such inherent risks.

Please notify a Tournament staff member immediately if assistance is needed.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Laredo Open is an outdoor event. Weather conditions may result in delays, suspensions, changes in court assignments, changes in match times, shortened schedules or cancellation of some or all Tournament play.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. INCLEMENT WEATHER DOES NOT ENTITLE A TICKET HOLDER TO A REFUND, CASH CREDIT OR REIMBURSEMENT.

If a ticketed session is materially affected or cancelled due to inclement weather, Laredo Open Tournament management may, in its sole discretion, offer affected ticket holders admission to another Tournament session or another accommodation, subject to availability.

Any such accommodation is a courtesy of the Tournament and is not guaranteed.

Complimentary tickets, sponsor credentials, hospitality credentials, Tournament passes, all-session passes, member allocations and tickets obtained through a third party are not eligible for weather-related accommodations unless otherwise determined by Tournament management.

Tournament management has sole discretion to determine whether play will be delayed, suspended, relocated, rescheduled, shortened or cancelled and whether any accommodation will be offered.

Schedule & Player Policy

Players, match times, court assignments and the order of play are subject to change without notice due to weather, injury, player availability, match duration or other circumstances.

A change in participating players, match time, court assignment or order of play does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, exchange or credit.

Tournament management reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary to safely and efficiently conduct Tournament play.

All Tournament guests must present a valid ticket, credential or authorized guest pass to enter designated Tournament areas at Laredo Country Club.
